The cottage is only rented weekly or monthly. It is NOT rented for weekends.

Monthly rates are also available.

A 25% deposit is due upon confirmation of rental.
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to occupancy.
Payment is also accepted in US dollars.
Refundable Security Deposit of $2000 for the cottage (or $500 for the boathouse only) is required with final payment.
